What is FBLA?

FBLA is the high school division of Future Business Leaders of America-Phi Beta Lambda, Inc. FBLA helps high school students prepare for careers in business through academic competitions (FBLA Competitive Events), leadership development, and educational programs.

Prepare for College and Career with FBLA Education Programs

High school students explore college and career opportunities through a number of extra-curricular educational programs. Members take part in academic competitions, networking events with accomplished business professionals at conferences, and community service projects. Plus, members have exclusive access to scholarships from a select group of academic institutions.

FBLA Academic Competitions

FBLA’s National Awards Program, also called competitive events, give your students the opportunity to compete against the best-of-the-best in over 60 academic events that cover technology, public speaking, business, finance, management, and more. The top winners take home trophies and cash from sponsored events.

FBLA programs help you integrate business-related, co-curricular content into your classroom, plus you can reinforce your existing courses with FBLA’s rigorous academic competitions.

FBLA Membership Awards Programs

Have your students built a portfolio of academic and personal accomplishments yet? FBLA gives college applications and resumes real-life meaning by documenting your students’ accomplishments.

FBLA members earn recognition on the local, state, and national levels with the Business Achievement Awards. This unique program recognizes members when they complete a variety of activities in the areas of service, education, and leadership. It’s a great way for your high school students contribute to their school, community, and economy.

Plus, your students will get exclusive access to scholarships, cash awards, and individual and chapter recognition programs.
